Just Another Team Offsite

Google is all about team cohesion and bonding - and in my recent team offsite, we traveled north of San Francisco to Tomales Bay. Half of the team (including myself) went on a beautiful half-day hike, and the other (dare I say more adventurous?) half of the team went kayaking on the bay. Afterwards, we all met up at a really cool outdoor oyster bar right along the coast to shuck oysters and BBQ tons of food. It was not only energizing to spend a Friday outdoors and be miles away from my laptop, but it was also humbling to explore and spend my time in such a beautiful place! I couldn't be more grateful to work at a company that values this kind of stuff, and truly encourages health and well being (I <3 Google).
