Cooking, Relaxation, Family

Hands down, an amazing weekend:

• Spent the night at my parent's house, had fun cooking fresh veggies & baking healthy coconut banana bread with my mom and sister
• Played with my beautiful niece Mercedes, now sporting her first pair of Minnie Mouse shoes
• Watched the US vs. Portugal soccer game with my favorite Portuguese family, an emotionally exhausting, near-heart-attack (but fun) experience

Couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Here's to another productive week, with Europe right around the corner! :)
