Showering Baby Payne

In just a few weeks I am going to become Auntie to the cutest little nephew in the world! My one and only brother and his wife are having a baby soon and I CANNOT WAIT! He is going to be born a few months early (not due until mid-January), so he will likely need to be in the hospital for quite some time. I am looking forward to holding him and cuddling him and kissing him FOREVER! To celebrate, my mom threw a baby shower a few weeks ago and it was a blast. Every detail was perfect. The best part was having a diaper-changing contest amongst the men, and surprisingly (or maybe not surprisingly) Derek won! It was great to see family and friends come together to celebrate the birth of this very special baby — and the first grandson on my family’s side! He is already so loved by his Auntie if you can’t tell. Xoxo
