SIOP 2016 in ANAHEIM

Just a few days after landing back home, I flew down to Anaheim for 3 nights to present on behalf of Google on a panel at the annual SIOP (Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology) conference. Not only was being on a panel so much fun, I really loved attending all of the sessions, hanging out with my teammates, reuniting with old friends from grad school, and going to the amaaazing Google reception on Friday night at a mansion! Highlights were chatting with Laszlo and spending time with some of my favorite Googlers. I learned so much about hiring and technology and am so excited to apply what I've learned at work.

Despite the awesome time at SIOP, it feels SO GOOD to be home. I'm beyond exhausted and I just realized that I've been traveling every weekend for the past 5 weekends straight. It all started 5 weekends ago when I flew from: Singapore to Malaysia, then Singapore to Sydney, then Sydney to New Zealand, then Sydney to SF, then Anaheim to SJ. No wonder I feel like a truck hit me! What a crazy 2 months it has been. Looking forward to NOT seeing the inside of an airplane anytime soon, seeing my sister graduate high school, and getting ready for SUMMER! xoxo
