Quebec City & Yankee Stadium — a beautiful life

I finally ventured for a weekend getaway to Quebec City, one of the cutest, most charming little French cities on the east coast. We had a lovely Memorial Day Weekend exploring the citadel, staying at Le Frontenac chateau, and wandering the adorable streets. It felt very European, especially with all the French speaking locals. My favorite part was trying some delicious chocolate gelato, going into really old markets that were built in the 1700s, and just spending time with Derek. Such a fun, easy little getaway from NYC!

Another bucket list item complete after going to a Yankees game at the new Yankee stadium. It was a gorgeous, perfect day - and there was even a walk off home run in the first inning! It was nice to slow down a bit and enjoy the game. The stadium was beautiful and the comments/heckling from the peanut gallery kept us entertained and chuckling throughout the game!
