A Very Googley Weekend

This weekend was full of sunshine + sports + family + Googleyness, which basically equals the best weekend ever. To kick things off, my sister was the lead role in her high school's Fantastics performance, and she did such an amazing job acting and dancing! It was really heartwarming to see her so confident and poised in front of so many people. She played the role of "Master Shi" and her dance moves were incredible! On both Saturday and Sunday, I went for a long run, biked over 10 miles total, and played volleyball, tennis, and basketball. Why all this activity, you ask? You can blame it on my boyfriend (who is obsessed with volleyball) who forced me do multiple drills, dives, sets (a volleyball term I didn't even know existed before Saturday), passes, and sprints with him in the sand volleyball court at Google, as if I was some volleyball expert coach. I have to say, volleyball is not my favorite activity - but it is a great workout, especially in the sand!

Another favorite part of my weekend was showing our family around Google, enlightening them on the amazing Googleyness of it all. We had so much fun exploring all the buildings, nap pods, massage chairs, and the MK's with free snacks that are always everyone's favorite part. My niece Mercedes loved it the most though!

Enjoy a few snaps from the amazing weekend - it was so warm and beautiful outside, I can almost taste summer!
