Orlando, Florida

My annual work conference, SIOP, was in Orlando this year. I had a great time hanging out with my coworkers and old grad school friends, attending different sessions, and speaking on a panel! I learned so much from the other panelists and it's always great to share best practices with the I/O community. I have to say my favorite part of the trip were my early morning runs, where not only was it humid, but I got to see the sunrise - the best way to start the day :-) It feels great to be home now though after a long flight last night. One thing I was craving so badly while I was there were fresh veggies and smoothies (they didn't really have any of that where we were staying) so I'm definitely getting my fill today! Xoxo
